Welcome to the Class 2/5/Woman's Worlds online pre-registration form. This form is for the benefit of the competition organizer and is not to be confused with the registration that you must submit to your country's NAC (national aero club). Please complete all the required fields, it will only take a few moments, and then click the submit button at the bottom of the form. Individual competitors and team leader/assistants must individually complete this form. Team leaders and assistants may not complete the form on behalf of any competitor since there is an acknowledgment and release at the bottom of the form. No information will be sent until you click the submit button.

The 2006 Class 2/5/Woman's Worlds is an aerotow launch competition, therefore it is absolutely necessary that you are thoroughly skilled at aerotowing and capable of aerotowing in competition conditions. Aerotow rating or evidence of extensive aerotowing experience behind trikes and 3-axis ultralight/microlights is a strict requirement. Pilots must have previously aerotowed the glider that they are flying in the competition, or one substantially similar, and be able to produce witnesses to that effect if questioned. Pilots who do not have the aerotow skills required to compete as determined by the meet organizer will not be allowed to compete in the competition. Pilots who misrepresent their aerotow experience and/or do not demonstrate appropriate competency will be ejected from the competition without refund.

Entry Fee (updated)

Entry fees have been updated to include late entry fee (deadline was February 1, 2006). Competition and tow fees are $906 per pilot and $468 per team leader and assistant and must be made at the time of entry.

Refund Policy

45 or more days prior to the first day of the meet there is a $150 cancellation fee ($575 will be refunded). Within 29 to 15 days of the first day of the meet there is a $225 cancellation fee ($500 will be refunded). Within 14 days of the first day of the meet there is a $300.00 cancellation fee ($425 will be refunded). There are no exceptions so please be sure you can attend before you register.

Pilot Request And Release - 2006 Class 2/5/Woman's World's

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, HEREBY REQUEST PERMISSION TO participate in flight practice, tests, contests and competitions to be held during the Class 2/5/Woman's World's at Quest Air Soaring Center. I have inspected the premises and I know the risks and dangers involved in the stated activities and that unanticipated and unexpected dangers may arise during such activities and I accept all risks of injury to my person and property that may be sustained in competition or otherwise with the stated and associated parties, in and about the premises.

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PERMISSION GRANTED TO ME to enter the premises and participate in the stated activities, and in light of the consideration of the provisions of a liability insurance plan, I do hereby, for myself and my heirs, administrators and assigns, release, remise and discharge the owners, operators and sponsors of the said premises, of the activities, of the hang gliders and of the associated equipment, and their respective servants, agents, officers, and officials and all other participants in the stated activities due to negligence or any other fault.

I FURTHER DO HEREBY, for myself and my heirs, administrators and assigns, release, remise and discharge the UNITED STATES HANG GLIDING ASSOCIATION et al of their activities of the hang gliders and the associated equipment and their respective servants, officers and officials of and from all claims, demands and causes of action of any sort, for injuries sustained by my person and/or property during my presence in said premises and participation in the stated activities due to negligence or any other fault.

I REPRESENT AND CERTIFY that my true name is stated above and if I am under the age of 21 years, I do represent and certify that I have permission of my parents and/or guardians to participate in the stated activities and that they have full knowledge thereof.

I CERTIFY THAT MY ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION in the stated activities is voluntary and that I am not in any way the employee, servant, or agent of the owners, operators, or sponsors of the premises and/or the activities therein.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE AREOTOWED IN COMPETITION CONDITIONS and that I have my Aerotow Rating and I am a skilled aerotow pilot.

I AFFIRM THAT I HAVE ENTERED THE ABOVE PILOT/PARTICIPANT INFORMATION ON MY OWN BEHALF AND THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOREGOING REQUEST AND RELEASE AND THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF REGISTRATION AND REFUND POLICY.
